But the question is will Harry stop being noble and follow his heart, or continue to not let Ginny be with him in fear that she will die? But why is Dumbledore moaning and screaming while he is drinking a certain green potion in the cave where the Horcrux is?

This is what happens when Albus Dumbledore has to relive someone’s worst memory: In a cave with Harry Potter, and whatever horrid thing Voldemort has come up with. This is what Dumbledore saw while drinking the potion.
