Letters of a Love Past by Karaley Dargen

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •

One part of those old letters are the only reminder of Parvati's first love; a love never openly admitted to, and a love never requited.

Tonight, Harry discovers Justin Finch-Fletchley and Nearly Headless Nick to be the latest victims. We join Harry and Professor Dumbledore in the headmaster's office soon after the find. Dumbledore has just invited Harry to confide in him anything that he needs. Harry keeps his concerns to himself, but inadvertently triggers a story from the headmaster. In it, Dumbledore explains the true nature of Argus Filch and Mrs. Norris' bond. We get an interesting glimpse into the history of these familiar characters that we know so little about. Things are not always what they seem.
