Summary: Lily-centric. When she was little, she hated her name. It wasn’t quite right, not for her, and although she didn’t know exactly what it was that was missing, she knew that something was missing.

She’d listen with abated breath to the nicknames others gave her, hoping she’d find the answers in them. In all her short life, she’d been called many different things, and she was determined that at least one of them would fit.

Enslaved by Equinox Chick

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A poem about Draco Malfoy and his steady downward path to Death Eater-dom.

Caught on the slide, he can't help remembering the words of Professor Dumbledore.

Disclaimer: I am not JK Rowling, Dylan Thomas or Sylvia Plath. But I'd like their talent.

I'd also like Julia's (theopaleye) talent with words. She is a poet extraordinaire who always sets us incredibly tough challenges on the boards for Poetry, Anyone?

Everything We Could Have Been by redcastle

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: With Ron's constant snogging of his new girlfriend, Lavender, Hermione is never around. Yes, she was jealous of Lavender and upset with Ron, but what was she doing all this time? The rise of Voldemort, constant pressure in school, and her love for Ron are clear issues in her life, but what if Hermione was struggling with other problems—problems no one else, save one, knew about? What if, while in love with Ron, she found herself falling in love with someone else—someone none of her friends, nor herself, would ever have expected? This is the bittersweet tale of the love that blossomed between Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy during their 6th year at Hogwarts and beyond.

**UPDATE:** I am sorry for taking such a long break. I am now rewriting the story from a third person perspective because I just feel it is my stronger style and I feel I could not describe things the way I wanted to simply from Hermione's eyes, especially because she could not know Draco's thoughts, which I would like to include. I hope to finish the new Prologue in a few days and hopefully it will be validated quickly. I will probably just delete the current chapters as soon as the new version is accepted. Please continue to review and let me know what your opinion of the new version is. Again, I am so sorry. Future updates will be announced on my livejournal account so please follow there and comment. Thank you for any fans left out there who believe in my story. I am also looking for a beta to please look over my chapters before I submit them. Send me a message on the forum (username: redcastle) or on livejournal (username: cherryredcastle) if you are interested.

Eyes That Know Me by Equinox Chick

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Having just been dumped by his girlfriend, Hugo Weasley is not in the mood for his cousin's party, even when James assures him that he'll soon snap up a 'wicked-looking witch'. And with Lily hell-bent on fixing him up with the boring Eliza Finch-Fletchley, the evening looks to be taking a sharp turn for the worse.

But on the other side of the room, one guest is watching him closely. Will Hugo be able to resist?

The Sexual situations are mild and the strong profanity is fleeting (but necessary) hence the rating.

This story was originally written for a Musical drabble exchange in the SBBC. The song that inspired me was 'Falling Slowly' by Glen Hansard. Thanks must go to Lia (Liandrin) for introducing me to the song, Jess (ToBeOrNotToBeAGryffindor) for beta'ing the original drabble, and Elene (CoolCatElly) for beta'ing the extended version.

Finally, thank you Natalie (hestiajones) for introducing me to the whole concept of Scugo.

Disclaimer: I am not JK Rowling or Glen Hansard. I just nick bits of their work and mould it into something else.

Nomintated for a 2011 QSQ in the Best Same Sex Category. Thank you.

Eyes Wide Open by sorrow_of_severus

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Dandelion Dursley is heartbroken to leave her mother and beloved grandfather, Dudley, to start her first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Everything in Between by SilverLily_13

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: The war is years over now, and Harry Potter has become Head of the Auror Office at the reformed Ministry of Magic. He’s married to Ginny, love of his life, and they’re expecting a baby within the next few months. The war changed everything about Harry’s life, some things for the better. But he still remembers what happened in his place of employment before the war, before he was of age even; there was an event that neither he nor one close friend can put out of their heads for very long.

Luna Lovegood and Harry Potter cannot forget the whisperings just beyond the veil in the Department of Mysteries. So when Luna turns up out of the blue (and dressed in a memorable shade of blue) to ask for a tour—for the Quibbler of course—Harry is able to use his not-insignificant influence to pull a few strings and set in motion a spontaneous adventure that answers the questions they have always been haunted with, about death, life, memories, forgiveness, and everything in between.

Warnings: spoilers (for pretty much all the books)

Disclaimer: I bought the rights to Harry Potter, so I own this. And if you believe that…. Well, yeah. Obviously I just lied, I own none of this except for the plot.

P.S. : This story is meant to be maybe four or five chapters, possibility of an epilogue. Nothing colossal! :) 6/16/10: Just realized.... You should know that this is NOT a Harry/Luna romance. Sorry to disappoint if that's what you were looking for, and happy to help if it's not.

Excerpt from Chapter 3:

The colors of the new setting mainly consisted of greens and browns, with a translucent gold here and there. The random colors formed into leaves and bark, shafts of sunlight swung down like ropes between them. Harry and Luna found themselves in a forest, bodiless and looking down from high branches through leaves that were changing color. Again the deep voice resonated in their heads, saying with the clarity of a dark bell sound, “James”.
