Wow ... you folks take some time off and suddenly I get three chapters (from different stories) that were already in queue validated within a fifteen minute period.
Time off means no working, you crazy Mods! Go drink some butterbeer or firewhiskey and get ready for the deluge of submissions come Monday!
I was going to add a chapter, but I don't mind waiting until Monday. I certainly have no complaints about the length of time it takes to validate. I used the time to pretty up my chapter, anyway.
You all do a wonderful job, and I hope that all of you are enjoying a well deserved break! *makes mental note to be prepared for a Christmas break in the qeue*

well, its monday where i am and it's stil not open and my chapter's ready and everything. ah well, its probably summat to do with the time difference. i'll try again later tonight. hope you all had a good break, just a normal weekend for me!
I'm having problems submitting :( Can anyone help or give a suggestion? I must've picked an unlucky time to submit my first fic, but anyways, I did all the listed steps and I still can't seem to submit. I'd contact a mod, but I wouldn't know who, or how for that matter. Help anyone? I sound like a hopeless noob :(
The queue really is open. The drop down is not refreshing for you. If all else fails, ignore the error message and submit. It should go through.

Zoheb, we always send a rejection letter out. If you have not recieved one it could be because your email provider is filtering it out as junk.
How come I keep getting told that all the submission categories in the drop down list are blocked everytime I try to select one? I've tried clearing my cookies and browsing data while logged out but nothing seems to be working. Am I doing something wrong? *hasn't submitted a new fic for a while :/*
don't worry i had the same problem even after doin everything in the instructions. just add the one you want and carry on submitting as normal, ignore the sign, this is what i did and it worked so it's worth a try
