How is this humour?Izza sad and angsty-like.

Tonks? Oh Merlin, tell me there won't be little metamorphing-werewolf babies running loose on the world? I loved her explanation of life's beginning, though. She should teach my Biology class. Is it interesting that you're following a Grimmrook style of writing? Fun starts, happy beginnings, then you bring crashing reality and unhappiness into play. It's a good writing scheme.

Well...I know my own alcoholic family, and I like the story. It's good fun, with enough idioicy (although I can barely understand a bloody word Dung is saying.) to keep it interesting. Plus, Harry drunk, is freaking hilarious. I wrote my own parody of Firewhisky and Veritaserum, but this is much better!

I had this whole clever, witty review planned out and then my computer kicked me offline, rendering me helpless until this morning when I could finally get back on and tell you how brilliant this is. Seriously brilliant. You are a very talented writer, judging by this piece, and I think you should feel very happy about the way it turned out. It was the perfect blend of male egotism, grief, angst, and witty humor. I was so entertained by the image of Harry, Lupin, and Dung (of all people) getting pissed and of Lupin resorting to alcoholism to deal with his pain. The insight on his first love was heart-breaking, as was the quote he used to explain why he wasn't upset about Sirius' death. Even though it didn't turn out like this in Book 6 -- Harry was not nearly as upset as I thought he would be, nor was Lupin, and Dung turned out to be true to his name after all, I still think this is a brilliant piece of work. You could change out the names and it would still be an effetive emotional piece; perhaps even more so because we wouldn't have the presupposition of the characters' canon personalities to guide us. Thank you so much for sharing this on this website and I'm so sorry I didn't see it sooner, when you first published it -- but I'm glad I found it, it feels and looks like a diamond in the rough. Oh, and props on the part where you had Lupin melt the Avril Lavigne CD. Priceless. Way to go!

The fluidness of your story was wonderful. I loved the ending, and the peace about it all. I have a feeling that Sirius would have enjoyed Bob Dylan. After all, he not being busy born is busy dying.

Well, the preamble to chapter 3 killed me, it was so damn funny. The story itself...sigh. A pleasure to read. A joy. Not that it's happy, but so, so incredibly good. So, thanks for sharing. I look forward to more.

Wow, I went from laughing hysterically at the thought of Remus melting "Let Go" to complete sadness and empathy for Remus on the beach. There is nothing I would change about this story, and that is high praise, which you deserve. I'm upset it's over, but it was right to end it where you did. This is straight off to my favorites list, brilliant work, just brilliant.
