This is so beautiful, Minna. You always handle structured forms so well and this one is no different. There is something truly lyrical about this poem so I love that you have called it a lullaby because it certainly reads like one. It also reminds me of 'i carry your heart with me' by e.e cummings, which I love. Your poetry gives me so much pleasure, Minna. Never, never stop writing. That is an order.

I know there is a name for this form, right? Where you have to reuse certain words. I thought you did great with it, whatever it is called. This is really sweet and touching and flows nicely. It's lovely. Great job! ~Gina :)

This is so beautifully poignant. You've captured the form of the pantoum so effortlessly, as well, minna. It doesn't read at all strained, but flows and lilts very well. I particularly like the lines about the quiet knights. It reminds me of a miniature chess board, or a game of medieval soldiers that perhaps Aberforth used to play with Albus and now plays with Ariana. All this is probably wildly off the mark, but the image is there nonetheless - lol.

Lovely poem, minna. ~Carole~
