I loved this. Ew the idea of kissing Dung was pretty repulsive. Harry nd Ginny can sure hand out revenge.

Author's Response: The idea of kissing Dung is meant to be repulsive. Harry and Ginny certainly can.

Great to see Harry and Ginny having fun.
Sending Dung was wicked but inspired.

Author's Response: Thank you.
I wonder if Dung enjoyed the experience?

Thanks, I really enjoyed that, especially the Mark-Lavender exchange. It really made me laugh, when I needed it.

I think Coco deserved the prank, but I was trying to remind myself whether Dung did (other than on general principle), so I went (again) to reread Beard Hunters, but there's (still) a problem with the first chapter which is listed as Chapter 0 (rather than 1) and won't load. I had reported this to Mugglenet a few weeks ago and I had hoped they fixed it, but I guess not. Perhaps you can repost it? I'd love to reread that story again too.

I'm waiting anxiously for the end of Hunters and Prey and another installment of James and Me. Perhaps there will be a sequel for Valentine's Day of Dung and Coco?? Love your writing!

Author's Response:
Thanks for the review. I'm glad I could make you laugh.

I had no idea that there was a problem with Beard Hunters, so thanks for letting me know. It was (very briefly) a featured story just before Christmas, perhaps that's why it was removed. I've tried to fix the problem myself, but I can't "move" chapter 0, and if I delete it I'll lose the reviews :-( Instead, I've added chapter 1 again. I'll let the mods know what I've done and why.

I'll be submitting the final chapter of H&P soon, but you'll need to wait a little longer for the next chapter of James and me, sorry.

It looks like Cheat! will have either a lot of news on Coco Crave or their competition sure will. I am pretty sure the security dudes get signed Harpies gear and more likley tickets. Love it that like the Imperious curse it is possible to resist the amortentia. Wonder what Coco thinks about amortentia now. A kiss from Dung? eeech

Author's Response: Thanks for the review.
They certainly won't get the headlines they hoped for.
Perhaps a kiss is all Dung needs. Redemption through love is a standard trope in romantic fiction, isn't it? :-D

I enjoyed that! I haven't visited this site in a while; I'm glad I decided to as I was able to discover this gem.

I agree with another reviewer about a good idea to have a person be able to resist Amortentia if they have found true love.

Off to see if you have any other stories posted here...

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I'm glad that my thoughts on Amortentia have been well received. Other stories? Only 70+. This is a sequel to Beard Hunters, and is one of many Potter family stories. They start with First Sight. But all of my stories are linked, so you can read more Mark/Lavender, too. If you want to. -N-

Wonderfull story. I loved every part of it from Lavender behaviors to Harry and Ginny's trick. Great fun. Thank you.

Author's Response: Thanks. Lavender had to interfere when she knew a love potion was involved. -N-

This was a great laugh! Really enjoyed it. Very detailed one-shot, but without one detail too many, or it seeming either too descriptive, or too fluffy.

I like the idea of being able to resist Amorentia if you truly love someone else, it makes sense, and makes for a great story. (Plus points for the Lavender/Mark moments, they added to the plot and developed one of my favourite OC couples)

I also really liked how Sid barely registered the 'Potter' link- for some people at least, Ginny is more famous than Harry, and that was lovely. I can see them both being laughing about it when they get home.

Author's Response:
Thanks for the review. I was tempted to classify this as humour, rather than Harry/Ginny, but their relationship is the hart of the story. It's a lot longer than I originally planned, but I hope that it's like Lavender's dress.

The potions quotes I used are all canon, and it doesn't seem to be a great leap (to me) that Amortentia can be resisted.

I work with a couple of blokes who would have a hard time naming their senior managers, but who can tell you the names of every footballer who's played for their team for the past ten+ years. It didn't seem a stretch to have a Harpies fan who has no idea who Ginny married. They will laugh, but Ginny will send him an autographed Quaffle, too.

Great little fic - love the second title by the way :)

Author's Response: Thanks, I'm never sure about using a punning title. Glad you liked it. -N-
