Birds singing,
In fresh spring air,
Bees humming,
Welcoming the spring.

In the fresh spring air,
A voice on the wireless,
Welcoming the spring,
All will soon end.

A voice on the wireless,
Destruction approaches,
All will soon end,
Voice stops.

Destruction approaches,
Prepare food and drink,
Voice stops,
Close all doors.

Prepare food and drink,
Dog left to die,
Close all doors,
Children scream.

Dog left to die,
The dust begins to fall,
Children scream,
Falling silently.

The dust begins to fall,
In the fresh spring air,
Falling silently,
The Second War has begun.
