The brazier of friendship, the torch of love,
The enemy's bane, that light from above,
Shall reach from the shadow, as fire new awoken
To spread through the earth; my curse now is broken!

The prophecy pondered, studied so long
Reveals its secret: the phoenix's song
That brings to my mind the beauty of life
And washes away the mem'ry of strife.

Pain now is ended. Night soon descends
Upon my dark past, as, surrounded by friends,
A new life begins which cannot be shared.
Fear not, my friends, I'll meet with you there.

I will not leave you, I will not stray,
Not 'til the coming of your final day.
Even if you do not feel me beside you,
I'll always be here- from darkness I'll hide you.
