Cornelius Oswald Fudge
Challenge # 1 is Apathy is Lethal

An abysmal stooge, so blinkered and blind,
pompously eyeing affairs of the world.
Appalled at thoughts of a dissenting mind,
turns away from the dark nightmare unfurled.

Honoring those whose pockets are deepest,
yearning for the privilege they provide.
Irrelevant is risk at its steepest
so long as these comforts are not denied.

Loosening the vice, as chaos inflates,
ever-struggling to maintain a hold.
Tampering with justice, virtue abates,
hampering triumph in measures untold.

All corrupt pillars topple in the end,
leaving a legacy, no hope to mend.
