And today was a day just like any other,
I saw her with her lover,
Walking together, holding hands,
Him stroking her hair, strand by strand.

And today was a day just like any other,
Students had breakfast with one another,
I saw her talking with her chatty friends,
As my heart was trying to mend.

And today was a day just like any other,
Ron got dress robes from his mother,
Everyone just had to laugh,
Accept for Ron, he just gasped.

And today was a day just like any other,
Fred got a date, Ron watched his brother,
But it wasn't as easy as it looked,
For my heart, Cho Chang took.

Cho was with Cedric,
And today was a day just like any other.
