Author's Notes:
A friend (TOMROHT) and I wrote this peom at some strange hour of the morning when we couldn't sleep. The idea and the general tone are all mine, and for the rest we worked together.
His presence is frightening,
Though he’s in disguise.
He watches and waits for one who him defies.
Children cry and people die,
At the hands of the man with scarlet snake eyes.
We have to wonder why
It’s “the Boy Who Lived” instead of who died.
For Harry lives on,
Though his parents are gone.
But He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is strong,
As Harry tries to repair what is wrong.
It will be a difficult fight.
Dark Magic all night.
Will good prevail,
Or will the Chosen One fail?

Another author's note...this poem isn't written in any particular style that I recognize...well, actually, it's representative of a couple different ones. I like it though...and I hope you did too...
