a beautiful thing ...

The light side can make you,

but before long it will break you,

so come to the Dark Side,

for the shadows do not lie.

My life, for so long,

has been clouded in shadows,

sometimes I just wish to break free,

wishes that I wasn't me,

I remember being at school,

O! So long ago,

I remember teenaged life,

it seems so strange now.

Death and Tragedy are now part of my life,

they live with me in the shadows,

in the lies and sadness of darkness,

for darkness has it's secrets,

there is more than meets the eye.

Do you think I chose this life?

This terrible dream?

Do you think I wanted this?

No, I had dreams once, light dreams,

dreams that every child has,

but those dreams left in time,

and the pain of killing left me to,

I live in the darkness,

but I used to be like you.

Now I live my life caged in the shadows,

every night when I try to sleep,

and the horror is in my head:

"Look around you,

people are dead,

and it's because of you..."
