I own nothing in Harry Potter so I am a pathetic loser.

Full moon,
you take me away from her.
As I howl to you,
all I think of is her.

Full Moon,
I wish she were mine.
I fear I will hurt her horrid moon,
and I have too much pride.

Full Moon,
you took me away from her.
To you Full Moon I howl,
But everything is different now.

Now I see,
My Full Moon.
That she has always loved me,
when I am with you or without you.

Now she stands by my side.
I thank you,
my dearest Full Moon.
You have showed me our love will always be true.
