Here's another poem! Please review! It just kinda came flowing through my hands when I started this, so if it's not the greatest, don't be too mean but tell me!!
Step, step
I walk along,
Numb,
Oblivious,
He’s gone.
Step, step
One foot,
In front of the next,
But what’s the point?
He’s gone
Step, step
As I move
Through mourning crowds,
I know how they feel,
He’s gone.
Step, step
Heads turn,
Eyes soften
At me.
They know that
I’m empty.
He’s gone.
Step, step
A warrior, a fighter
For all that is right.
He lost his life
While ending an evil one.
No matter how, though,
He’s gone.
Step, step
My red hair,
Shows the anger I feel
At him.
And yet,
My love is stronger.
And continues to haunt me
He’s gone.
Step, step
He restored the world,
He saved every life
But his own.
He’s gone.
Step, step
At least he knew
Someone loved him.
And I know
He loved me too.
That eases the pain, but
He’s gone.
Step, step
Though I love him so
I have to accept
That now and forever,
He’s gone.

He taught me so much
In the short time
We had together
And knowing he loved me,
Helps me keep going.
One foot in front of the other,
Step by step,
I can see
He’s not really gone.
