Mouldy Voldie by Princess_Nagini
That riddle once was handsome,
With black hair and nice eyes.

But then I got some bad news,
From the newspaper called the royal mews.

Old Riddle or Voldemort as they say,
Old Voldie had gone astray!

He’d turned to the bad side,
Old Voldie I say,
His brain is mouldy and,
His heart is grey.

He’s got ugly little eyes,
And an icky snake nose,
White skin,
And smelly toes.

I think young Harry should win the day,
So we can all scream Hip Hop Hooray.

Young Harry should point his wand at old Voldie’s eyes and say,
Die you plum die!

Then we could all be happy and laugh at old Voldie,
Who has a brain that’s very mouldy.

Notes: Written by an old neighbour of Tom Riddle, known as Haggy Maggy.
Voldemort killed the old lady after hearing them poem, but she promptly turned into a ghost and sung him the poem day and night.
At the final battle, Harry had created a killing spell, cast by the poem. When he said “Die you Plum die!” a huge cloud of poisonous plums attacked Voldemort.
The legend of Haggy Maggy’s poem became famous and on the anniversary of his defeat, people sing it all the time.
