Sometimes you just know it
And sometimes it's beyond your grasp,
Yet when Love beckons to your life
You're taken aback.

Life is now turned upside down,
Every observation changed.
An eternity you wander when
Love takes you aback.

You admire Them from afar
Wond'ring if they feel the same
Wond'ring if, when they learn of your love they'll
Be taken aback.

You won't know quite what you've done;
you'll be wandering in a fog.
You won't know quite what to do and you'll
Be taken aback.

Give your life all that you've got,
Go live each day to the full.
