Author's Notes:
As you all already know, J.K. Rowling owns Harry Potter and his world. Please leave a review after reading...
I have now changed this poem 3x and hopefully I am done!
They asked her of her future,
She had nothing to say.
There is no such thing as tomorrow,
All there is for her is today.

Today she listens to the silence
While unleashing streaming tears.
She thinks of all her memories
And tries to forget all her fears.

If only she could see him,
Embrace him one last time.
All her tears would disappear,
Is happiness a crime?

She can still feel his rough hands
Entwined in both her own.
She can still picture his tired eyes
And see how much he'd grown.

She can still hear his laughter,
But the memory will soon fade.
If only she could always remember him,
Her life she would have paid.

Will anything ever be the same?
Can she go back to the past?
If only it was yesterday,
Her sorrow would not last.

She walked the curving road
And had people right behind.
She lost everyone along the way
And there was no one else to find.

There was nobody to save her
Or anyone to hold her tight.
She's had to battle alone
And live through her own fight.

Her heart had torn to pieces
The day he'd disappeared.
She felt that she'd lost everything,
It was what she'd always feared.

She lays her head and imagines
If life had not been so cruel.
Everyone should have a happy ending,
She thinks it should be a rule.

Her breaths become more shallow
And she lays a hand over her heart.
She sighs and feels tears falling
As the beats get farther apart.

Her childhood was long ago
And many memories aren't too clear.
But she can still see her own image
And moments she holds most dear.

She misses all the people
That helped her find herself.
The faded pictures look down on her
From on top the crowded shelf.

Candles shine in the darkness,
For she cannot stand the sun.
It doesn't reflect her sorrow,
But happiness and naive fun.

One by one the candles go out,
But all that can be heard is her moan.
There was no sound of a breeze,
It was as if a ghost had blown.

The memories are at last forgotten,
As if evaporated from her every pore.
Her eyes close for one last time,
And she rests forevermore.
