Hatred Flows Within

Hatred flows within my veins,
Abuse in torrents, crash like rain;
Escape can only be in death,
In sins repent, in final breath
With nought to lose, no more to gain.

In years of torture, screams of pain,
The haunting walls of blood-red, stain
With dying whispers, curs’d in death -
Hatred flows within

My child, my son, he must retain
A drop of good, he must remain!
It is too late for father’s breath
To be redeemed, in all but death;
I pray my son evades the bane,
Hatred flows within.
