The sea is still,
Swaying free,
Its clear blue waves,
Mocking me.

I stare out,
Beyond the sea.
Too bad there’s
No where to be.

I’m almost gone,
I know it’s true.
I don’t know why,
I’m still with you.

My hearts beating slowly,
Thump…thump…thump.
My throat feels weird,
Like there’s a lump.

Clogging my breath,
That’s what it’s doing.
Too bad you don’t notice;
You’re just sewing.

But don’t worry, my love,
It’ll only a take a minute.
When you come to,
You can give me that linen.

This goodbye is from me,
