Author's Notes:
I got inspired by the evening sky seen from my window, and the full moon shining through dark rain clouds, and while listening to music from Apocalyptica I wrote the following sonnet in English rhyming style.
Dark clouds slowly pass by, cover its light,
Soft wind breezes through leaves, succulent green,
Crickets sing, over the world lies deep night,
Stars shine through the veil, wanting to be seen.

Oh agony, felt by the lone and poor,
Does not dare to look up, even once,
Tremors shake bone and flesh, rip his very core,
Soft eyes turn wild within one single glance.

The wolf awakes, craves flesh and blood ruby red,
Howls skywards to seek out his wolfkind, his own;
No one’s around, it bites itself. Blood is shed;
And all only because it’s there all alone.

Each month the same when rises the full moon –
Yet the sun, his saviour, will banish it soon.

End Notes:
Thanks to Phia (Phia Phoenix) for her critics. It helped a lot. Kudos. *hugs*
