Crumbling.

Falling.

Screaming.

The walls were collapsing.

They knew they only had minutes.

Curses.

Jinxes.

Seconds.

The Death Eaters had found them.

Wands stowed away safely in the Room of Requirement.

Laughs.

Cruelty.

Embracing.

They won't die hiding.

The couple made their way out of the shadows.

Aiming.

Missing.

Love.

Grasping hands and bracing for what was next.

The moment was only seconds away, and they knew it.

Green.

Red.

Forever.

"I love you."

"Our time here was so short."

Shouts.

Orders.

Teardrops.

"Don't cry. It's not over yet."

She buried her head in his chest.

Lights.

Triumph.

Unfinished.

He watched the light leave her eyes.

He looked at the killer.

Spells.

Thrills.

Fury.

"Kill me. I won't live without her."

He strode towards them.

Hilarity.

Muttering.

Eternity.
