blinded
drifting in the mist, unable to see
just how terribly i’m naive
foolishly blinded by love i believe
every single thing you lie to me
your words, your loving letters
so very convincing yet false
in my infatuation you coolly waltz
and just like some garment, later
you’ll cast me off when i have no use
in my heart of hearts i know it is true
yet i do not wish to to bid you adieu
from clear thought you have me seduced

Finally on that fateful summer day,
To my senses I finally came-
I could never be the same,
For evermore in my thoughts you’ll stay.

I started using proper punctuation after that "Crack" because I felt that it was the time when he came to his senses, so I wanted a discernible change.
