1. Ariana by inspirations

Ariana by inspirations
Frequently she visited my dreams;
Sometimes she screamed but she never cried --
She just looked at me levelly, in silence.

I would wake up in the dead nights’ silence --
Cold, but sweating from those haunting dreams --
I tried not to, but I always cried.

I remember how we all cried
Pointless curses until her fall created silence --
I am her killer in all the dreams.

After the dreams, I have cried with remorse into the silence, hoping I’m being deceived.

End Notes:

That was written for the Department of Mysteries challenge in Poetry Anyone over on the beta boards. This is a tritina poem. Thanks to everyone who commented on this in my thread over on the boards, and thanks to all who are reading this now! Whether you like my poem or not, do drop me a line in the reviews -- I want to know your opinions, good or bad. And sorry for this long, rambling chapter note, but my poem isn't a hundred words... -hugs- xx
