Harry by Siriussirius

Voices, laughter?
A sound experienced only by others.
Lie back against the dusty walls,
Grimly I await the morning call.

A loud snarl filled with only
Hatred; the voice that had laughed so lovingly,
Spits my name with so much
Bitterness; to the recollections of my previous dream I clutch.

It had been a good one last night,
With a pretty lady with red hair holding me tight.
Is that how my cousin feels?
Warm as if he'd just eaten a full meal?

It's not real, I know,
The voice outside once told me so.
But it sure felt like it was,
Something for me only, from behind the cupboard doors.
