A Typical Day in the Weasley House by PInk_Witch
One summer day a few hours after dawn,
Molly Weasley awoke with a yawn.

She loved and she hated, all the same,
Her sons who thought sleeping was "oh, so lame".

She looked out the window to where they were flying about,
They were being so careless she wanted to shout.

"Be careful where you swing that Beater's bat,
And do be careful not to hurt the cat!"

Unfortunately her warnings were not heard,
Over the cries that they made, sounding just like a bird.

Six restless boys, and one precious girl,
Were all Molly cared about in her little world.

Molly tied on her apron to cook and to clean,
She just hoped today, the boys wouldn't be mean.

Shouts of victory carried into the house,
Everyone in the house they were sure to rouse.

Breakfast was set out on the table in front of the little boys,
Molly couldn't help but share in on their victory joys.

A sleepy Ginny came down the stair,
Tangles everywhere in her hair.

She sat at the table eating her food,
Molly was so glad that at that moment, Ginny was being good.

"Don't touch your brother,
And don't fight with one another!"

Molly levitated the plates away,
This was definitely going to be an interesting day.

The boys ran off to play,
Ginny went to get ready for the day.

Molly was left alone again,
She couldn't wait for school to begin.

As it grew later in the night,
Molly called the children into her sight.

She sent them up to their beds,
She followed them up the stairs and kissed their heads.

She looked over her the sleeping boys,
Walking out of the room, careful not to step on toys.

Molly tucked Ginny into her bed,
Laying a gentle kiss on the top of her head.

Molly climbed to her room up the stair,
Running a hand through her hair.

Time for Molly's much needed rest,
If she were well-rested, it would be best.

Good night to a her restless boys and her precious girl,
Good night to all that mattered in her little world.
End Notes:
The few things that Molly said are not actual quotes form the books, they are just things that I think Molly would really say to her children. Hope you enjoyed! Please review, I would love to know what you thought.
