The Certain Dark by Nagini Riddle
The Certain Dark

Undulating deceit thinly veiled upon the tongue
The ire of the silver moon etched onto those cheeks
The malice engraved into his hollowed eyes
Ash and vile night woven into cloth that reeks

The silver moon daunting upon those deadened cheeks
Fiery coals embedded in the reptilian glare
Coated ash and ignoble night of cloth that whisper shy
A spidery hand washed white, aloft the silent air

A reptilian glare searing coals of fiery hell
Contempt concealed among the dying calm
The spidery hand, absent white, slashing the screeching air
His swift stride and vengeance ghastly aplomb

Contempt concealed within the failing calm
Malice engraved into fiery, hollowed eyes
Aplomb and swift vengeance searing his stride
The forked tongue thinly veiling the serpentine lies
End Notes:
*scary music* Don't you just love Lord Voldemort? :)
