Yo Lils-

I know you hate my guts
and wouldn't touch me if you were dead.
(hopefully you're not)
I thought I'd help you out a bit,
Tell you how to tame a lion.
(like me)

Us boys just aren't that bad
if you would try to get to know us.
(and you really should)
We're only just a little wild.
Boys by nature are rambunctious.
(a bit)

Forget our past offenses
and focus on the good inside us.
(there's a lot of that)
We'll get along so very well
when you learn to worship us.
(kidding)

One day you'll learn to love
the out-of-whack, weird side of me.
(yes, I'm very weird)
Hey! But no one can be perfect
unless, of course, their name is Lils.
(that's you)

So come on Lils, give it a try.
Lions can be tame.
