A bellowing bell
Rings throughout
The hallways;
The end of the period.
Clattering out of Charms
With my friends Lauren and Lea
I am greeted
with a wave and a smile.
I glow and grin back
The rest of my morning is fabulous
The black-haired boy who waved
Just makes my day.
I trot into Transfiguration
Beaming uncontrollably
But when asked why
I shake my head and smile
