Whistles and cheers heard no more,
The celebration gone before,
The moment their sweet lips touched,
Their bodies trembling, faces flushed.
Her face so soft beneth his hands,
Now, he was the happiest bloke in all the land.
With one last kiss they pulled away,
Completly lost with what to say,
He looked deep into her warm cinnamon eyes,
Tight in his arms, with contentment she sighs.
The whistles and cheers had returned once more,
Looking around, he saw emotions four.
Dean Thomas shaking with suppressed fury,
While Hermione hid her grin in a hurry,
Romilda Vane thinking "Kill me now".
Then poor Ron seemed close to starting a row.
Yet as Harry peered at him closer, his eyes spoke,
Well, if you must,
Though still stunned by his friend and sister's lust.
Grinning wildly, Harry took Ginny's hand,
To lead her out of the portrait hole and,
To share a truly romantic time around the grounds,
And share the sunset and all its evening sounds.
To hold one another beside the evening lake's cool mist,
And re-experience their wonderful first kiss.
