“Good evening, Potter,” said Snape, with a doubt.
“How can it be good, when you’re about?”
Unable to stop, the ex-teacher then cried”
“How rude you are, Potter! Oh, this insufferable pride!”
“Why have you come here? May I know the cause?”
Snape wondered how to put it, and said after a pause,
“A place in the order, Harry. You are now my boss.”
Severus Snape continued, “I hope everyone is fine.
Come now, Harry, how ‘bout two glasses of wine?”
Harry’s temper, however, had drastically risen,
If truth were told, he wanted Snape in prison.
“Why did you kill the Headmaster? Alas…why?”
“The Dark Lord would have killed me, I don’t want to die!”
Harry said angrily, “As if now you’re on our side!”
“Oh yes, I am, Potter. With your rules I’ll abide!”
“Will you keep telling this lie forever?”
“I never tell lies, Potter, never!”
“I swear, Harry, I am on your side now”,
“Won’t the evil Voldemort kill you somehow?”
“He’ll try, Harry, but I’ll fight till I die,
Can’t you see the truth in my truthful eye?”
Snape, saying so, brought his eye near Harry’s face.
Harry, however, backed with a grimace.
“I never will believe you, you Dark Lord’s servant,
You killed Dumbledore! You killed my parents!”
“So it is no good now to beg for mercy,
You fraud, slime-ball, you’re worse than Percy!
You will never have a place in the Order of the Phoenix,
Neither by pleading, nor by begging, nor by any tricks,
So never show me your stupid self again,
‘Cause your sallow, cold face I really disdain”
Harry shut the door of Sirius’s house,
Right in the ashamed face of the louse.
Snape’s mind now was facing a conflict,
Harry had refused, and Voldemort was strict.
“I have left the Dark Lord,
And the Order won’t take me,
What shall I do now?
The Dark Lord will kill me!”
But what Bookwormy thinks,
And is sure you do too,
Is that Snape does deserve
To be killed by Voldy-poo.
A/N: “You fraud slime-ball, you’re worse than Percy!” I just couldn’t find any rhyming word for ‘mercy’, so I used Percy!
