At the moment,
My heart is like a rock.
Time passes by,
It remains the same.
I cannot easily feel pain
Or joy or love.
But if you strike my heart,
Without end,
It will break.
The pieces shattered
Forever to be apart.
At the moment,
My heart is like a rock.
I think it was once made of gold,
Beautiful and bright.
It felt joy and shined,
Quite often had a fondness for a boy.
But it could feel pain too.
You could hit it with a hammer,
And it would shatter
Into loads of pieces.
Still, hope remained.
You could collect the pieces
You could melt them together.
Then, redesign my heart.
But how many times
Could this be done?
It was made of gold
And it hurt too much.
So I used a little magic
I transfigured it.
At the moment,
My heart is like a rock.
