Summary: There was a time when I used to be understood and cared about, but that was long ago, and I try not to remember. It came about by strange circumstances, only lasting a short period, hardly any time at all, and it's most likely an event that will never be important in the grand scheme of things; nothing changed: everything stayed the same. And yet it was important, because it isn't every day that you realise who you are, and who you should become. I wish I could think of it without pain — with a fond knowledge of knowing that it changed me for the better. But wishes don't come true… Especially not my own.
