The sun sets in the west,
Bringing the end to the perfect day.
I watch the departure of the last guest,
My hand still wrapped around my bouquet.
He slips up softly to hold me tight,
His name now mine to share.
Warm colored leaves fill our sight,
He knows how much I care.
Pink sky fades to blue night,
He guides me to the house.
The future is so full of light -
I love my dark haired spouse.
