AUTHOR UPDATE!!
8-10-07
Wow. It's been a while. But I'm still alive, and now that I've finally got the net in the apt., I read all those wonderful reviews that have been left for me since May and before!
I adore all of the HP world. It really makes me want to buckle down and keep writing on my real novel. As per usual, I will make sure that this site (after my live journal) is the first to know once I get a publishing deal. Because I would be so flattered if since you spent so many hours and gigabytes supporting me online if you'd spend fifteen or so of your hard earned dollars (and a few more of your hours!) to read my real 'no pen-name required' novel.
Feel free to keep up with me via live journal (user name bartender713), but I will warn you- I am a 23 year old graduate student. Contents of my personal life may very well be not suitable for children, so read at your disgression. If you want to know whether you're old enough to read about my personal life, well... if you have to ask, you're probably not :-)
See you on the book shelf!!

A certain redhead has begun to occupy his mind and awaken emotions he never knew he had. As he continues to mourn the loss of his godfather, Harry slowly begins to heal and may have discovered a way to communicate with Sirius. Can it be too good to be true? Takes place directly following OOTP. Primarily a H/G romance, with some R/Hr as well. Rated R for adult content in future chapters.

Harry Potter and the Fight for Ginny by Sorn

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Will Ginny's love be the salvation or death of Harry?

To my fans I would like to say that I am back to writing, and I have now updated many of the chapters! Some changes are just grammer edits, but there are many adds and changes to chapters. Some based on your reviews or small things I felt needed to be added. Please take a look at the changes and let me know what you think. I am looking forward to hearing what you have to say about the changes and up comeing chapters.

Too Sweet to Remember by Canadian Confessional

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Meet James Potter, a clever, somewhat mischievous, popular student at Hogwarts. He takes every situation in stride and has everything under control, except one: Lily Evans, an amazingly beautiful and intelligent individual. He loves her more than anything, but she despises him more than anything, and a not-so-impressive run-in late at night with her leaves James thinking that chasing after Lily might be hopeless. Then, a series of events happen in James' life, which is topped off by an unexpected visitor that makes his sixth year too sweet to remember.

The Deepest, Most-Desired Wish by Obliviate

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: Harry Potter has many secret dreams. He wants to be a normal teenage wizard. He wants to attend school without his life being in danger. And he would like to someday marry Ginny Weasley. But he has locked away some of his desires so deeply that he will rarely admit them to himself. He has never shared them with anyone. But one late night trip to the Room of Requirement may change things forever. The second of three stories in this series. Sequel: "A New Childhood"

Harry Potter and the Spirits of the Storm by QueenHal

Rated: 6th-7th Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: A Post-HBP fiction.

When Harry’s quest for the horcruxes turns desperate, he leaves the security of his homeland to seek out the advice of an ancient and most unusual Council – one whose allegiance is only to themselves but whose knowledge is so vast it may be his only chance. What Harry discovers there will change everything. Soon, he comes to see that this is all so much bigger than just he and Dark Lord – his role, though pivotal, is terribly minute compared to the challenges the Wizarding World must now face.

Meanwhile, across the Atlantic Ocean, a young witch uncovers the truth about her bloodline. But only when catastrophic events begin to unfold, does she realise her importance in the greater scheme of things...

It is a tale of epic proportions: bringing in the truth behind Slytherin's betrayal, and the choices the Founders had to make to ensure the longevity of their world. Enemies must unite, lines must be crossed, and children must forgo their innocence. And behind it all, fly the Spirits of the Storm, waiting, watching, scheming. Welcome to the greatest epic war the Wizarding World has ever seen.

Chapter 11 is posted.
