Well, Greetings!

Not much to say about me, really. I'm a college student studying English Literature. My head is constantly up in the clouds--the phrase "I'm off in my own little world, but that's okay, they know me here" may have been unknowingly written about me. In my spare time (spare probably being the keyword) I enjoy reading, shopping, frolicking on the internet, and baking cookies. Every now and then I may churn out a new fanfic. Most of what I write here will probably be one shots because a) I take forever to write things, and therefore would have difficulty finding time to update regularly and b) most of the ideas I get for a fanfic aren't extensive enough to sustain a multiple-chapter story. Who knows though, maybe one of these days I'll feel compelled to do a full-fledged story?

Favorite Movies:Dark Knight, Iron Man, all the HP movies(not as good as the books, but is there any book-turned-movie that is?),, How to lose a Guy in Ten Days, The Princess Diaries, the Star Wars movies, The Day After Tomorrow, Saved, Batman Begins, The Devil Wears Prada

Favorite books:A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray, The Seer and the Sword by Victoria Hanley, Inside the Walls of Troy by Clemence Mclaren, The Mediator Series by Meg Cabot, the 1-800-WHERE-R-U? series by Meg Cabot, Trickster's Queen by Tamora Peirce, the HP books(if I didn't like them then you wouldn't be reading this), The Protector of the Small quartet by Tamora Pierce(I've read and all the Tortall quartets, but Protecor of the Small is my favorite out of the three so far),Teen Idol by Meg Cabot, Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine, The A-List series by Zoe Dean, Twilight by Stephanie Meyer, All-American Girl by Meg Cabot, Ophelia be Lisa Klein...I could go on forever, but I'll be merciful

Between Now and Then by erikthephantom

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: In this riveting sequel to the "acclaimed" Veiled Revelations, Voldemort has risen to his full strength and is threatening both the wizarding world and the muggle world in an attempt to gain total control. A small group of people - the Order of the Phoenix - are all that stand in his way. Join James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, Peter Pettigrew, and Lily Evans as they battle the most evil wizard the world has ever seen. (Reviews are always nice and appreciated - and Erik has rated this story 6th-7th years as a result of her incorrigible pride).

It Begins This Way by Zetera

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: A Marauder tale set during the first war. A story of love, hate, friendship and betrayal; and how, at the end of the day, you only have yourself, alone.

There is a LOT I would add to this now that DH has been released, but what's done is done.

Padfoot Prohibited by Liveley

At Hogwarts, Seventh Years are given an assignment to write such a letter for the new First Years. Sirius decides to actually take an assignment, well seriously...sort of. He decides to look back on his entire Hogwarts years and write down his list of things not to do at Hogwarts.

When Saints Die, The World Stops Spinning by forsakenphoenix

Rated: 1st-2nd Years • Past Featured Story
Summary: Hope, loyalty, love, despair, and tragedy. Through it all, Lily discovers the truth about the Marauders, the affable troublemakers who hide behind smokescreens but still glitter in shattered light. They aren't the glorious, graceful men they are often perceived as, but stumbling, awkward boys who are still trying to find their way out of darkness.

Bittersweet by Aebhel

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: It's funny about wars. They drive people to do things we never would ordinarily--good and bad. Harry and I had only been dating for four months. He loved me--I know that and I knew it then--but if there hadn't been a war, he would have waited. I think he just wanted something to hold onto...for when it was all over.

Ron comes across Ginny's diary, four years after the war has ended.

EDIT: 1000 reads!

Veiled Revelations by erikthephantom

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary: The Hogwarts Express brings mystery and mischief in the Marauders' seventh and final year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. James, Sirius, Remus, and Peter are facing a year of N.E.W.T.s, romance, intrigue, and, of course, a little mischief-making. There are plot twists galore! James (in the midst of saving the world) continues desperately to try to woo the incorrigible Lily Evans. Sirius deals with family problems while dealing with his incredible popularity and good looks (the horror!). Remus is provided with a backdoor to avoiding the prejudices of the inevitable real world, but at what cost? (dun-dun-dun) And Peter...well, Peter gets himself a girlfriend (but don't worry: it doesn't affect his hero-worshipping of James...or DOES IT?!)

Visiting the Grave by Charmina

Rated:
Summary: “I’m such a wimp. It’s been two years and I still can’t come here without starting to cry,” he wiped of his face again and then looked down on the ground. “But I just miss you so damn much.” One-shot
