This is a really good story and I'm really enjoying it. I love how you used the theory that Snape loved Lily even before DH came out in this. He's really twisted in here, isn't he? And I'm really liking Petunia in this fic, she's redeeming herself here. Baby James sounds so adorable. I can't wait to see more of this fic.

Awesome, simply awesome. I don't think I can put into words how much I adore this story. One of the best Lily/James I've read since DH and I'm so glad you wrote it, I adore it.
DH made me feel some sympathy for Snape, a character I had previously despised before. I still don't like him, but I do pity him. What annoys me though is that now everyone insists that Lily really loved Snape, when clearly she didn't. Their friendship was nice while it lasted, but over after he called her mudblood. She loved James, and her patronus clearly shows that, according to an interview with JK Rowling.
Anyway, again, lovely fic. Lily/James is one of my favorite pairings, and I just hate how ever since DH, it's turned into some shipper war between fans of Lily/Snape and fans of Lily/James or something. I mean, people like what they like, but having a war over it just serves to get hostile feelings is all.
What I liked most about your story though, is probably that I can imagine this all happening very clearly, and they were all very in character. I actually wished JK Rowling could have put a scene with Lily and James in love and Snape watching them, but she didn't/ Ah, well. And now this has turned into some really long review, lol.

I must say, if there\'s a war between Lily/James fans and Lily/Snape fans, I\'ll be fighting on the right side -- the side supported by the birth of Harry. I feel only the slightest bit of sympathy for Snape, and I really can\'t stand the idea of Lily really loving him just because he loved her so ardently. Just because you love someone doesn\'t mean they love you back. I\'m glad you enjoyed this fic and found the characters to be realistic! Thanks very much for the review.
