Ooh, I loved it! I can count the number of AUs I've read on one hand, but this was great! I'd really love to see more--are you ever going to update? I liked Hermione's character and I thought it was cute how Fred, George and Lee sort of babied her. I like the idea of F.G. and L. being friends with Harry and Hermione. And, though I'm fundamentally against H/Hr, I think a very cute pairing could arise from this story. Please update!!!

Hahaha! This was nice and lighthearted. I laughed out loud at the line "couldn't Ron see he was busy?" One thing: the ending felt rather abrupt, and the fact that a backfired spell was the cause of this sudden bout of lovesickness was not explained except in your Author Note. Oh well. Nice!

I think this is an excellent study of P.P. I like how you don't sugarcoat it to make us pity Peter (I find him despicable and don't think any pathos-laden prose could inspire me otherwise, anyway). Also, I thought it was interesting how Peter refers to James in his mind as "Potter"-- he tries to distance himself from memories of friendship? That was my take, anyway... Love your writing, as always! :)

YAY!! First let me register my extreme pleasure at an update!! I love this so much, and this chapter did not disappoint! There are some very funny parts to this, and dark ones as well. Excellent! Hmm...is it just me, or is Lucius into Severus as more than just a friend?...probably I've just read too much slash recently. But there's definitely something odd about Lucius. I like him, though. And I really want to find out what happens to Severus as far as getting the grimoire and the equally difficult task of fitting in with his own age group!

Again, I wanted to say how much I enjoyed this. But just two tiny, picky things: 1. Fortescue wasn't the Potions master during Snape's time--Slughorn was. 2. This was written post DH, but there wasn't any Snape-Lily interaction; he calls her "Evans." Did you decide to ignore DH? Otherwise, I really loved this story and hope to see much more of it.

Oh, this is so good!!! Right on to the favorites list!!!!! I've had to read it in chunks, though, because when I'm reading the Snape PoV I'm getting SO PISSED *clenches fists* at the Marauders!!!!! UGGGHHH!!! I feel like I need to kill something!!!! So, obviously since I'm getting so worked up you did an excellent job at writing from PoV. It was so strong even the James PoV thing didn't make me happier; I still feel sad for Snape and pissed at how the Marauders are making his life hell. Even though Snape shouldn't have cursed Remus.

*gasp* Wow!!!!! This is so...PERFECT! It's so poignant and sweet and sad... The writing is gorgeous and, honestly, flawless, as are the characterisations. I like, too, that you took something from canon--a small detail that I never even noticed-- and crafted a beautiful story around it. You did a wonderful job of Petunia comparing her love of Vernon to Lily and James' love--it was very touching and sad. I can really imagine that special sight of all the falling stars; wonderful imagery on your part! Definitely one of my favorites.
