Hi! I am a HUGE fan of the Harry Potter series, but a first-time fic writer for Muggle Net. My other interests (besides HP, of course) are poetry, basketball, science, and reading. I'm a really bubbly and comical (in an awkward way) person, and I'm sure that my personality will be reflected in all my fics.
Please check out these fics of mine:

-Hermione's Books- a poem about the darker side of Hermione's reading obsession...

Little note: My friend Marisa illustrated my poem for me; she created an absolutely AMAZING picture of Hermione which perfectly captured the meaning of my poem. Please visit--http://wishcometrue.deviantart.com/art/Hermione-s-Books-83707490 -- to see the drawing. Marisa is a super talented artist, so please leave her a comment... or you could mention her artwork in a review of Hermione's Books, and I'll inform her of your kind words. Thanks so much!

-I Am Just- A rather dark poem about the human side of the Dark Lord, from the perspective of You Know Who himself. VALIDATION ACHIEVED!

Thanks for visiting my author's page! : )

Summary: A memorial for my all time favourite Harry Potter character.

R.I.P. Fred Weasley

Reviewer: undesirable_number1 Signed

aww... This is a great poem. I love that it's sad, but the mood picks up at the end, uplifting the reader. Very nice.

Author's Response: I had to make the end happy. It's a poem about Fred after all. ;)

Ginny's Music by Sunny_Rainbow

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A poem about Arthur Weasley accepting that even though his only daughter has grown up, she still loves him.
Reviewer: undesirable_number1 Signed
Date: 05/05/08 Title: Chapter 1: Ginny's Music

First Potter poem!?! Wow, I would have guessed that you'd have written a few, since this one is BRILLIANT! I love the rhythm that your poem has. The message is super sweet, too. You masterfully captured father-daughter love. --And I'm in love with your penname! It's so bright and cheerful!

Author's Response: Prize to the first reviewer! Thanks so much!

Freedom by Calico

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: “Grindelvald killed many people, my grandfather, for instance.”
- Viktor Krum, Deathly Hallows p. 148
Viktor's grandfather resists the torments of Nurmengard for as long as he can after he sacrifices himself to save his muggleborn wife and their son. Can he escape Grindelwald's prison, or will he find freedom of another kind?
Inspired by "The Song of the Partisans" by Hersh Glik.

WOOOOWIE! This is an AMAZING one-shot! First of all, the subject is great to start with; I'd have never thought to take that one line of Viktor's and turn it into an emotion-evoking one-shot! You have a beautiful writing style. I was captivated by the time I read the first few sentences: "Still, I feel in my heart that these past months have scarred me irrevocably, made me more of a man and yet less human, stronger mentally against the mind-games we play here, yet hardened and soured in my heart. It is impossible to survive here without a cage around one’s heart. Weakness has no place in Nurmengard." This paragraph is honestly a masterpiece; the way that you expressed how this torture makes one "more of a man and yet less human" is dark and beautiful. AWESOME JOB! : )

Voldemort: The Psycho Dark Lord of Hogsmeade (Sweeney Todd Gone Potter) by Schmerg_The_Impaler

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: The final installment of my set of Broadway musical spoofs about Voldemort's life!

This is Stephen Sondheim's brilliant musical, Sweeney Todd, but drastically warped and twisted by me. If you ever wanted to hear a song where Voldemort tries to encourage Fenrir to eat various Potterverse characters, this is the fic for you.

My other two spoofs about Voldemort, those of Les Miserables and Wicked, can be found on my profile. I've also got spoofs of Phantom of the Opera, High School Musical, and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Enjoy!

WOWIE! I love all of your spoofs, but this one is my favorite! -- and I'm really excited for Hairspray! : )

Author's Response: Thanks! This one was very hard to do, so I\'m glad you liked it.

Silent Horror by fawkeshermione221

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: A short poem about Ginny's reaction when Voldemort announces Harry Potter's "death" during the final battle.
Reviewer: undesirable_number1 Signed
Date: 05/05/08 Title: Chapter 1: Silent Horror

Aww... this is a beautiful poem! I love this simile: "Dreading truth,/ our eyes meet/ with faces pale as/ the early morning/ sky." It paints a vivid picture for the reader. Early morning light is especially pure and wan, like the faces of those that love Harry. Great job!!! : )

Author's Response: Thank you!! *gives cookie to first reviewer* I\'m really glad you liked that line - and I\'m also really surprised, because I wrote it while having terrible writer\'s block! :) Thanks again for the review.\r\n\r\n~Vivian

I Am Just by undesirable_number1

Rated: 3rd-5th Years •
Summary: Voldemort reflects on his fading human condition. He exposes his innermost thoughts, such as his life in the orphanage, his feelings toward his parents, his regrets, and the origin of his hatred toward those who love and are loved. The poem does not inspire pity of Voldemort, but rather a new understanding of his human side.

YAAAAAY!!! Thanks so much! I needed to tie in my title somehow... I'm so glad you like the poem! I've been changing it around constantly; I did a total overhaul on the last stanza... so I'm overjoyed that you like the results!!! SUPER GRATITUDE! Well, excuse me while I continue to throw myself a first-review party. You're invited! *starts blowing up balloons and whips out crazy amounts of snack food*

Begin and End by Magical Maeve

I'm in total awe... Your poetry is absolutely amazing. The imagery that you use is brilliant. I love the line about how an egg "weeps into the depths;" the yolk falling into the bowl really does remind me of tears. This poem is a total masterpiece; it's going in my favorites!
