Somehow, Remus reminds me of Harry during his first year - was that intentional? I'm pretty sure Frank Longbottom was quite a bit older than the Marauders - but it doesn't really matter. :) Again, good chapter.

Hermione is getting impatient with Ron. It's pretty obvious to everyone that he has feelings for her, but will not admit it. Frustrated, she begins exchanging letters with an old friend of hers, a certain Bulgarian of Tri-Wizard fame.
Ron is incensed when he discovers Hermione is getting letters from Viktor again. And, now, there's a wedding proposal on the table?

Memories Of A Traitor by Furry Little Problem
Rated: 6th-7th Years • Summary: One-Shot, no ships, mild violence, some strong language, slight suggestion of alcohol abuse.
Sirius Black has been locked away in Azkaban for twelve years, only to escape and be locked away again in the house of his father's, locked away with only an unrecognisable friend and haunting memories for company. The memories can never be erased, the guilt can never be forgotten. But when you have lost everything there is to loose, there has to be something - someone - out there to gain.
a good friend can comfort you...a great friend can understand you...but only a true friend can bring you back

Yes, I agree with you about the slash - that\'s one of the reasons I wrote this: Sirius and Remus\'s relationship is so complex (sound a bit dramatic I know, but it\'s true) and I wanted to try and give readers an insight into that.

Changing the Past by PEMDAS

Oooo, a rat! :) Harry is a complete idiot, honestly (feels weird to say that about my favorite character!). I wish Ron and Hermione's reactions to Harry killing Snape had been... more... I don't know - erm - vivid, maybe. Like, they should have been more than appalled. But, you're the author! Great job, again!

A good chapter - just something I've got to say as a reviewer, though... I feel like Harry's getting pretty OOC... I mean, he's not insane, he should realize that if he gets together with Lily and James gives up on Lily, then he (Harry) won't be born. Anyway, I do really like this story, time-travel fics are favorites of mine... but that OOC thing sort of bugs me.
You said in reply to my last review that Ron and Hermione would sort of expect it - I really don't think they'd expect THAT... I mean, like I said, Harry's not that reckless...

Author's Response: Harry has been known to be reckless in the past...storming into the Ministry of Magic to take on Death Eaters with only five students to help him...going into the Chamber of Secrets with no backup (Ron and Lockhart don\'t really count)...going through the trapdoor to protect the Sorcerer\'s Stone from a fully-trained wizard with only two other first-years to help...(see below response for more)
Author's Response: As I said in the above review by another person, I know what I\'m doing. Harry not being born could be an issue, true...(lol), but don\'t worry, I\'ve already considered that, and I have a good explanation in the last chapter. Okay, thanks for R/Ring!

I hope your plan is good - because as far as I can see, Harry's existance is already in jeopardy. I told you I love this story - can't get away from it (though, I admit those pictures of Harry and Lily in the album made me feel a little queasy). Just be careful - time-travel is a tricky thing to mess with. I liked Hermione's line, by the way. Something I've wondered for a long time too!

Okay, so firstly, another smooth chapter. Everything flows very nicely. On a lower note (sorry, I hate to say it, but I have to) Harry seems slightly OOC to me. Especially since he's considering trying to murder Snape... so cheerfully. I don't know if Harry would so calmly head towards becoming a killer - I feel like if he killed someone, it would be in a moment of passionate rage. But then again, I could quite easily be wrong. But it is a nice twist to the story, Harry telling Sirius to lure Snape into the Whomping Willow... James is going to be furious though, isn't he? Anyway, enough rambling from me. Update soon! I'm addicted to this story!
Author's Response: You never know...Harry is always changing. He went from a small, innocent boy in SS/PS to attempting a Cruciatus Curse on Bellatrix Lestrange in fifth year...he could change any time.

You are possibly the meanest author ever to exist - or maybe not meanEST, considering JK Rowling has made it her business to kill off anyone who means anything to Harry - but you're definitely in the Mean-ness Top Ten. :) But that's a compliment.
Though Hermione and Sirius is not a ship that appeals to me – rather it’s sort of disturbing – you have done an excellent job with the story. Your writing technique is excellent, the story flows smoothly and I couldn’t stop myself from clicking the NEXT link until I had read all of four chapters. The cliffhangers are great and I can’t believe she had to marry Remus – poor both of them. How uncomfortable – even painful! Update soon!
