i started my own version of a book when i was in fifth grade. it was that long wait between GOF and OOTP. i had about 20 pages, but i lost it. and i was mad. i had gotten pretty far considering i was like...eleven. i just recently became more involved in HP fanfiction and i started writing some stories of my own. just to throw this out there, my fave site is www.mudblood428.com i love the story after the die is cast, its really long, but worth the wait.
That was amazingly heartwrenching. Of course it would be scary enough for a five year old wizard boy, but a Muggle wuold be byond confused.

ooh! very nice. I liked the repetition, and the green vs red. I also like the way you said "one" like that, because until the moment it happens, no one truly knows what will happen.

In case you were wondering, or didn't figure it out already, the first "green vs. red" is supposed to represent Harry's green eyes and Voldemort's red eyes. The second is supposed to represent the green Avada Kedavra spell and the red Expelliarmus spell coming together.
