Channeling Phlegm at the moment, please bear with me as I try to avoid turning into Bridezilla.
I can't wait to find out the rest of Ron's plan, other than the fact that Ginny is the key to winning. I was a little disappointed in the consumation of Ron and Hermione's marriage, but I'm a romantic. Will Harry and Ginny finally break down and deflower each other? 10/10!
Author's Response: I haven't told you the key to winning yet, but Ron has figured it out. Now, he,Hermione and Ginny are trying to make sure that Harry doesn't just win, but lives.
Sorry about R/HR and the consumation of their marriage. Don't know what you wanted, but I am not going to write any more details into something like that.
What will H/G do? I'm not telling, but if they do, it will not be something you get to see, only something that you would be told happened.
Great chapter, especially with the bonds between Mione and the people she saved. It was a special added touch, like the canary cream, or the spit punch. I like telling jokes when people are drinking, so I appreciated that bit.
Author's Response: Thank you.
I would think a person would be more than a little devoted to you after what Hermione did for them.
The Canary cream was fun, especially making Hermione squawk like a chicken. Sometimes I think that is what she must sound like. Apparently the Twins think so too.
Harry and Ginny are going to have to be carefull with Hermione. The girl is starting to lighten up and she is brilliant. If she had the twins daring or they had her brains, well, the pranks would be out of this world.
Are you sure you haven't already become a published author? This was a great chapter!
Author's Response: No, I'm quite sure I'm not a published author. My bank account is much too small for that to be true.
I'm on the edge of my seat! Pardoned! If I didn't know better I would say Fudge had been imperioused, and gold had changed hands! Update soon!
Author's Response: It\'s an outrage, isn\'t it? Something is definitely wrong here. Thanks for the review - I appreciate it as always.
*first reviewer dance* This was a fun chapter, i liked the confrontation with draco. good for neville! and hermione flipping her hair! one question, were the first years already lined up to be sorted, because i think dumbledore would have wanted to introduce everyone to him, not just the 2nd through 7th years. have a cookie one me!
Author's Response: Thanks! I really wanted to give Neville a bit of courage and I'm glad you liked it. As for our friend Hermione, I wanted to have her do something unexpectedly girly just to drive Ron crazy. In answer to your question, yes, the first years were already lined up to be sorted. Sorry that wasn't clear and thanks for pointing it out. Thanks for the cookie :0)
Well, since I was watching the Olympics earlier, I am going to give this chapter a gold medal! Or would you prefer a gold donut? The four branches were cool, I even picked who would get which branch before I read it. I Harry?Ginny scene at the end was really sweet. *Plays HP theme music in lieu of national anthem*
Author's Response: I'll most appreciatively take the gold medal since it's the closest I'll ever get to the Olympic podium! Those medals did look like gold donuts though, didn't they? Glad you liked the chapter. It was fun to write. The four branches certainly had their owner's names written all over them, didn't they? Thanks for your wonderful review - I always look forward to them. *Humming HP theme music while standing on the podium accepting gold medal (or donut), tears of joy streaming down her cheeks*
maybe hermione is going to take matters into her own hands, and they will have the "meeting" in a private room at TLC, just an idea, feel free to use and expand upon it!
Author's Response: LMAO!! Oh the evil thoughts that came to my mind.....it's difficult to say what Miss Granger will do. I'll have to see where they take me. Thanks for the idea!
*sneeks a peek for other reviewers, (nope none here) dances a quick jig to celebrate being first to review this chappie* Poor Hermione! You got Harry's reaction dead on. The part with Harry looking up Ginny's shirt was lighthearted, but typical teenage horniness. Hopefully Ron and Hermione will quit dancing around each other and dance TOGETHER! Good job.
Author's Response: You have no idea how happy I am to see that someone finally reviewed and I'm so glad it was you! I admit, I was getting a bit discouraged that I had over 130 reads for this chapter, but no reviews yet. I'm glad you saw what I was going for. I wanted Harry to see a physical reminder of what happened or could have happened to his friend and I wanted to lighten it up a bit, hence tossing in the horny teenage bit - LOL. Thanks for taking the time to review.

add my vote for the pretend meeting! alone time for h/g and r/hr will be worth the wait!
Author's Response: Since mrsgeorgeweasley has very graciously allowed me to use her idea, I am certainly going to do that. It really makes for an interesting angle, doesn't it? I hope I can do the idea justice.
Not just one, but two! I loved Harry and Ginny's first kiss, the wait was worth it! And to top it off, catching the slytherins! Good old Peeves, I had to laugh that Harry imitated Dumbledore, but the flying pies were priceless. I think Kingsley was a little lenient though!
Author's Response: Yes, you got two for the price of one - I thought it was only fair since I made you wait so long for it to finally happen. The flying pies were just a moment of pure silliness on my part, but I had fun with it. As for Kingsley, he has his reasons for not wanting to make too many enemies so soon in the school year. Thank you (as always) for the lovely review.
I was so happy to see the update! Hermione's birthday gets overlooked so often, it was nice to see almost a whole chapter devoted to it, yay! Draco is acting very suspiciously, I'm very curious as to what he has up his sleeve. 9/10
Author's Response: I agree - we need to have a celebration for Hermione every once in awhile. Yes, dear Draco is acting a bit odd, isn't he? You know he's definitely up to something :-) Thanks for the review.
I loved the Harry/Ginny scenes! Especially the last few lines! I liked how you included the ingredients to the potions, and Harry being nice to Draco, well, if I were him, I'd be speechless too! I can't wait for your next chapter!
Author's Response: Thanks!! This really is one of my favorite chapters and I was hoping it would be well received. I like the playfulness between Harry and Ginny, and I really wanted to illustrate that they are ever slowly coming closer. Thanks so much, as always, for your wonderful reviews. I always look forward to them.
do we get to see whats in the letter? good first chappie, onto the next!
Author's Response: A new reader - welcome! I'm glad you liked the chapter. Yes, you will see what is in the letter.
photo albums are so sentimental, i love them! nicely done, readin on to see how harry gets to the burrow
Author's Response: I agree. When you lose someone close to your heart, photographs are bittersweet, but the memories they give us are what makes us go on.
boys! can't live with them, and can't live without em. :) they're finally realizing who their hearts belong to (YAY!) while still being immature (pillow fights) but it looks like we will see them grow up a bit
Author's Response: They are silly creatures, aren't they? I wanted to make them mature a bit, yet still retain some of their normal ways.
tonks in the kitchen! oh no! very good conversation between remus and harry.
Author's Response: Yes, Tonks in the kitchen is a very dangerous situation and Molly recognizes that. I'm glad you liked the conversation between Harry and Remus. I felt that Remus was the logical one to talk to Harry.
i've been seeing pensieves in alot of stories lately, yours will be put to good use i presume. looking forward to when harry and ginny are ready to act on their feelings for one another
Author's Response: Poor Harry was really in need of a Pensieve and he will certainly be putting it to good use in the future. Ginny and Harry will start out a bit slowly at first because they are both unsure of themselves, but all will work out in the end.
just one question, who did the chessmen belong to? in SS it said that Harry had a hard time directing the pieces b/c they didn't trust him (and he had borrowed them from someone) but ron's pieces knew him and could anticipate his moves
harry finally got some sense knocked into his head, now i'll have to wait and see what the will said, and what ginny will say :)
Author's Response: The chessmen belong to Harry. I believe he received them one Christmas in a Wizarding Cracker. It's better than having to borrow someone's all the time, but also a problem since they know Harry quite well. The next chapter has been submitted, so hopefully it will be up soon.
10/10! I loved this chapter, especially the quality time between Ginny and Harry! A well aimed bat-bogey hex was the icing on the cake!
Author's Response: Thank you!! This is really one of my favorites so far and I am glad you enjoyed it. If anyone deserves to be covered in great flapping bat bogeys it has to be Percy. I can think of no one more deserving.
Aww, this chapter was sweet. I loved Harry's thoughts of waking up with Ginny. The box from Sirius was a nice touch. If only Ron knew he talked in his sleep!
Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it! I am having a lot of fun making Harry deal with his emotions, whether they be good or bad. Poor Ron, you have to feel bad for the boy, but these things always seem to happen to him. Thanks for all of your reviews - I really, really appreciate them!
