Harry Potter and the Fight for Ginny by Sorn
Rated: 3rd-5th Years •Summary: Will Ginny's love be the salvation or death of Harry?
To my fans I would like to say that I am back to writing, and I have now updated many of the chapters! Some changes are just grammer edits, but there are many adds and changes to chapters. Some based on your reviews or small things I felt needed to be added. Please take a look at the changes and let me know what you think. I am looking forward to hearing what you have to say about the changes and up comeing chapters.

*holds out left hand in the shape of a mitten* High Five! Glad you got this chapter up so quickly. Harry as the head of the order...hmm. Well lets just say I think he has the experience from leading the DA, but will probably still need help from some of the adults. Great job! 10/10!
And for all you non-Michiganders, I was giving Sorn a high five Michigan style. If you are STILL confused, grab a map!
Author's Response: *returns Hight five* I am very suprised that you did not do the first to review dance! I agree that Harry has the experience to lead and I think that at the end of HBP we see the beginings of what it takes to be a leader.

The Cosmo/Arnold scene was cute and funny, but I'm not sure if Harry would have been so understanding of Neville's grief. You did good, it just didnt click in my head.
Author's Response: I am glad you liked the Cosmo/Arnold scene at least. I 'm not sure Harry was really all that understanding. I saw him as a bit cold.

Bribes for brothers to not be a bother! I liked that you had Fred and George being Ginny's (immediate) protectors. Usually people go with Ron, but I liked how Ginny backed them down. Nicely done.
Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I really like writing the interaction with everyone. I felt that I could not use Ron as he had just had a fight with Harry. To be honest I would fear Fred and George over Ron any day. I would recomend remembering Ginny backing them down as it could have an impact later in the story.

Author's Response: Well I know that writing Percy is a bit hard for me, my contempt seems to get in the way. As for Ron you already know, first he will be happy then he will think of the money and be sad. Then someone will give him a verbal slap on the head and he will be happy again. The question is not so much what Harry will do but what is going to happen when when Harry tries to help. You're right is was good to see Oliver, but it was even better to see your review!

Author's Response: Thanks and Yes, I kind of enjoyed that part also. I think that Mrs. Weasley's relationship with Ginny would be slightly different than with her sons. At least that's my own experience with my own son & daughter. Maybe I'm just projecting :)

This was a good chapter, but I have to nitpick. Cho and Marietta were a year above Harry, so they shouldn't be at Hogwarts anymore. Maybe you could have some sort of explanation for bringing them back. Also, when Harry interrupts Prof. McBride's lesson, you switch back and forth between fourth and fifth years. I know you put the explanation about the NEWT level classes, but it's a bit confusing...
