I follow non-canon pairings, although I don't mind the odd Ginny/Harry as a couple in a fiction.
My favourite pairing is Draco/Hermione, closely followed by Sirius/Hermione and Tom/Hermione.

The Unseemly Proposal by sparx

Summary: The reign of Voldermort comes to an end, and with it ends the prestige and power Lucius Malfoy once had in the Wizarding World. They land one day in a woods near the village of Thornton, where Hermione hopes to change the cuisine they had been living on: berries and mushrooms. It's December 17th of 1996, after all, and not much grows in the wild. Hermione leaves Harry behind to head into town to buy some food, and she winds up getting more than she bargained for.
