The Unseemly Proposal by sparx

Summary: The reign of Voldermort comes to an end, and with it ends the prestige and power Lucius Malfoy once had in the Wizarding World. In order to regain the respect of his fellow wizards and to make them believe that he has turned over a new leaf (which he actually hasn't) and has graciously accepted muggles and Mudbloods, Lucius asks Hermione, a Mudblood, to marry his son, Draco, a pure-blood. Obviously, they both refuse, but Lucius isn't going to give up easily. After all, he wants his status back. He still has a few tricks up his sleeve and is determined to play match-maker. What happens next is a series of events that serve only to bring Hermione and Draco closer, both literally and figuratively speaking. I really like this chapter, it explains a lot without being boring! Yay! But boohoo for the whole Malfoy thing...(I'm a big believer that Malfoy isn't eveil..lol)
And I still don't get it...who is Cassandra's mum?

Wow. That was such an amazing experience. I loved every single chapter of this fic, and you got the balance just right too. A bit of dark stuff, a bit of fluff, a bit of cuteness, some fighting, some reminiscing..all good!
I really liked the way you ended this....it gives the fic some closure.
I read somewhere that you aren't going to be doing a sequel *sad face, pouts* but I still find it a bit disappointing that none of them realise that James and Lily are there....
