The pen is mightier than the sword, and considerably easier to write with.

I am simply a teenage girl with an unhealthy obsession for the wonderful world that is Harry Potter.

I found myself thinking lately that I've lost my inspiration to write and so I traced my love for writing back to its original place which turned out to be Harry Potter Fan Fiction. It brought me love through punctuation and plot bunnies.

I was shocked to discover it had been two years since my last story post on MN and have decided to rediscover my inspiration with a fresh start...and account :)

Enjoy my stories (when they're posted) and may you find your own inspiration within the words.

I felt obliged to check out some of your stories after you left a nice little review for my story :) I'm glad I did. I did feel that there were a few things left unsaid at the end of the 7th book and of course JK couldn't spend forever on this part of the book. But I feel your story fit in perfectly with the little bits of emotions leftover after. I thought the short conversations of acceptance between Harry and Severus and again with the Malfoys were done rather well. The bits of humor were written well into the sadness of the story, you have you love Luna of course ;) And George's acceptance of Fred was nice. Thank you for a satisfying read.

Author's Response: Thanks for popping by! I'm pleased that you felt that my story fit in well with the original and I handled the emotions well. I find ti tricky sometimes to write emotionally, but not too over the top. Thank you for the positive review! cj

My Troubled Tyrant by Belledeg

Rated: Professors • Past Featured Story
Summary: Keedie Dante has experienced many amazing things during her time at Hogwarts, including the hushed up drama that was the Chamber of Secrets. However, with two overachieving friends and a headmaster who does not even know she exists, Keedie feels that perhaps her seventh year will not be too spectacular. However, Dumbeldore sees her potential as a writer and enrols her in a simple writing course. Here, she meets the mysterious and terrifying Tom Riddle and they instantly get under one another's skin. She is drawn to his dark determination towards some unknown goal and he is fascinated by her, in every way. However, Tom's friends do not approve of Keedie and her unconventional ways and Keedie has many people trying to keep her away from the dark young man as well. Something inside tells Keedie that she can make him better, but even he assures her that this is an impossible task. But she's not one to give up easily...

"He is a dark one, Keedie. Try not to let him consume you entirely."

This story has the characters Albus Dumbledore, Armando Dippet, Moaning Myrtle, Rubeus Hagrid, Aaron Dante, Harry Potter, Ebony Abbott, Minerva McGonagall, Melena Creevey, Ollivander, Gregor Holmwood, Horace Slughorn and, of course, Tom Riddle and Keedie Dante...enjoy!

It has taken me at least two days to finally finish this story. School kept me from spending a few extra hours reading this. It is unlike any story I've ever read. There's a number of chapters and the length of each is astounding. I adore the way you write with such detail that gives the story so much depth. I enjoyed the past few days reading this. A truly remarkable story. Thank you for your lovely words :)

Author's Response: And thank you for yours. Always nice to read a good review from a new reader. So glad you enjoyed it :)
