I am a college student in the US. I literally grew up reading the Harry Potter series. I am hopelessly addicted to them. Most of the Sorting quizzes I've taken put me in Ravenclaw.

I love to read, write, and listen to music. Truth be told, I couldn't survive without any of those actions. They calm my scattered brain and greatly influence my obsession with exclamation points!!!

Waiting for the Moon by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary:

Giant spiders, malevolent bats, wizard scouts...werewolves. Tonks finds life in Hogsmeade far from simple, while Remus discovers having a partner in touch with her inner wolf complicates his mission and his heart.

Oh my goodness! I've never come across someone outside my family who knew Bloody Murder!

Wonderful chapter. It was sweet of Tonks to leave that stuff for Remus and Will. With any luck, they'll be able to survive a little better by shopping in Muggle stores. Although, it is weird to imagine Remus shopping at a Wal-Mart, or something... This could be a dumb question, but are there Wal-Marts in the UK?

Author's Response: Wal-mart bought a UK chain called ASDA and hasn't changed the name, probably so buyers won't boycott, heh.

I was wondering when I would see the word "scrummy" again. It had been a few chapters. Excellent writing. I love this story!

Author's Response: Scrummy is a lovely word. Thank you for loving the story!

Okay, I'm a little confused. Tonks thought Jerry was Remus, so did anything happen between Tonks and Jerry while she was out of it?

Author's Response: She kissed him and fell asleep. Poor Jerry. He's got the wrong idea now.

I freaking love this story. It is amazing. I'm especially enjoying the Doctor Who references. "Healer Tennant", excellent. Not only was David Tennant spectacularly creepy as Barty Crouch Jr. in the movie for Goblet of Fire, he is also the best Doctor I have ever seen. (and the scrummiest! =D)

Author's Response: Thank you for loving the references! They're a definite perk of writing fan fiction, hehheh.

Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!!! I could not stop reading; proof of that being, it is nearly 4am my time! :) I understand why you can't do a Deathly Hallows story. I still can't believe she killed them. *shakes head* You could always do an Alternate Universe fiction and let them live. After all of Remus's arguing and absolute refusal to be a father, I'd really like to see how you portrayed that one. I won't beg, but feel free to think it over.... Maybe, imagine all the lovely reviews, praising your literary genius. =)
Happy Writing,
GinnyPotter711 (aka Iri)

Author's Response: Thank you so much for all your encouragement and for staying up to finish the story, Iri! I did do an alternate-ending to DH story called Dark Angel that I'd love you to read. I had the best time having Tonks "meet" Remus as if for the first time and fall for him all over again.

Poor Tonks; stuck in a small town without the man she loves. It's nice that he gets some time to visit her, though. I really like the start you have here. I think this is going to be a great story just like the last... how many? I lost count :)

Author's Response: You're reading. That's what counts! ^_~

Remus should have used the Impotence Hex. I would have anyway. *smiles maliciously* Excellent chapter. Oh, and I like the Princess Bride references.

Author's Response: Remus is too nice for his own good, isn't he? :D Ta, thanks!

Yep, kissed and sent home. I do feel sorry for George, though. I could not imagine losing a twin... not someone who was my partner in crime all my life.

Author's Response: Me either, even though my twin wasn't a partner in crime. He would've told on me, heh.

Author's Response: Double review means another chance to say Thank you for reading! :)

My computer had a slight loading glitch which posted the double review. By the way, you have a twin? So, cool. I always wanted a twin.

Anyhoo, amazing chapter. I definitely did not see Mrs. Weasley reacting so well. I liked the security question, too. It was hilarious! Well, I'm off to read more!

Author's Response:

What? A glitch? I was hoping you'd double clicked because you were doubly enthusiastic about the chapter. :D

Yes, I have a twin, and he's much taller than me, but I'm faster.

I think Molly had a shift in priorities and attitude after the battle. If she didn't, I don't ever want to hear about it, because I like her this way, heh.

Awwww... That was freaking adorable! I almost cried; which usually only happens when I'm reminded of Fred's death. (I grew up reading Harry Potter, so the characters are kinda like family. I cry every time one of them dies.)

Author's Response: Thank you! Did you watch part 2 of DH in a crowded theater? Did it make you teary? I felt numb, and I really wish they'd kept to canon with Fred's death. Sigh.

:) Beautiful! This is such an amazing story! It's nice to see all the families coming together for Christmas. It's amazing that George and Alicia are engaged. I will admit, though. His bouts of jealousy worry me. I keep thinking it might be foreshadowing to an unhappy ending.

By the way, yes, I did watch DH part 2 in a crowded theatre. I also bawled like a baby. It was so hard to just watch them die. I definitely don't envy the moment JK Rowling realized she was going to kill them off. I wonder if she cried, too.

Author's Response:

I read she got a hotel room and drank champagne and cried when she killed Fred off, but I didn't hear about her getting teary over any of the others.

George hasn't worked through all his issues, that's certain!

It's the jealousy thing again. It seriously makes me nervous. It's taking all of my self-control not to skip ahead and make sure everything's going to be okay. Lucky for my self-control, I'm going to have to call it a night before I fall out of my chair. I'll finish this tomorrow, though. You have an excellent story here. I can hardly wait to see what happens next!

Author's Response: Thank you, and yay for you having self control! I've ruined books flipping to the end to find out who done it, etc. I spend the rest of the book picking out the foreshadowing instead of enjoying it. :D

I like that George actually goes to his family for advice now. He just needs to get over his jealousy issues, and he'll be almost perfect!

Author's Response: George is like the rest of us, too human to truly be perfect, but as long as Alicia thinks he's perfect for her, I don't think he'll have self-esteem issues. ;) I could see it taking George time to let his family be there for him when he was used to turning to Fred for advice.

This chapter was totally Wicked... every pun intended! I'm glad this is a long story because it's really good. I hate it when the good ones end quickly!

Author's Response: Huzzah for puns, and readers like you who appreciate them. :) I feel the same way.

Okay, little Teddy Lupin touching the statue and saying, "Mama" was harder than the constant reminders of Fred's death. I seriously want to ask JK Rowling how she got through killing off all those good characters. I can't do it. I tried to kill of a main character in a one-shot, and I ended up adding another chapter where he came back explaining that he had faked his death!

Author's Response: I don't think it's a good idea for me to ever be in the same room as JK. I might pull a Misery and make her rewrite the battle so Tonks and Remus live. :P It is hard to kill off characters you care about. I've only done it a couple of times, and I cried (and later wrote AU stories where they lived ^_^).

This was an amazing story! I was so worried that George was going to screw things up with Alicia, but I loved the happy ending. You write beautifully, even though I cried almost every chapter because of Fred. I love your story, though. Little Fred sounds so freaking adorable. Once again, amazing story. If there were a rating box, I'd give it a hundred out of ten!

Author's Response: Thank you for being the a wonderfully sensitive reader who cries for characters and encourages writers with your reviews! I heart you for that. <3

I almost cry when I think of what it would be like to be Ginny between Dumbledore's death and Voldemort's. Luckily, things got better.

Author's Response: I *know* she must have been so lonely, and felt so out of the loop! cj

Aftermath by cjbaggins

Did you know that Fred was always the more vocal of the twins? I just really hate that he died. This is an amazing story, though. I loved it!

Author's Response: He did seem to get some of the better lines, didn't he? Thank you for the review! cj

Chasing Angelina by Kerichi

Rated: 6th-7th Years •
Summary:

As a Chaser for the Harpies, Angelina Johnson is used to chasing goals, but when the team is sold and Blaise Zabini takes over management, she feels more like a Quaffle...and one that might not mind being handled.

Great chapter. I'm liking the subtlety of Blaise's actions. The last chapter where the girl turned a boy into a ferret was hilarious! Part of me is sad that there's only one chapter left, though.

And now for something completely different! I freaking love Sweeney Todd! Was it the stage version or the one with Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter? *starts hearing the tune and sighs* Now, it's stuck in my head!

Author's Response:

I'm glad you liked the ferret scene. I wonder where he was putting his cold nose, heh.

I've seen the older stage version with Angela Landsbury and the movie with Johnny Depp. The stage performers were better singers, but I liked Johnny Depp's tragicomic portrayal best. And he was a lot handsomer. :D Alan Rickman made the despicable judge almost pitiable.
