This chapter was so sad -- I felt like crying! There was one quote I did like: James rubbed his face in slow motion. “Lily fainted.” “Well, that part I know, I caught her.” Also, I think I'm just starting to realize this: James charmed the flowers so when she smells them she remembers things? If I'm right, or wrong, sorry I'm a little slow at these things. :-/

Cute! I particularily liked how Ginny and Harry shared something on the Matador, and the Ferris Wheel. This story, however, would do much better in the Harry/Ginny section, as it only had hints of Ron/Hermione and focused mainly on Harry and Ginny. Good job writing!

I'll admit, the rape did upset me a little, but I was quite pleased with the ending of the chapter. It was done quite carefully and correctly -- very well done.

Author's Response: Thank-you for reviewing. I'm glad the rape upset you. I'd be more frightened if it hadn't. Something terrible had to happen to destroy so many lives and strong relationships. In my view, rape is that terrible. It is my challenge as a writer to show what has happened, convey how awful it is, but not get bogged down in the gory details. This sort of feedback from my readers is just the thing I need to know that I've succeeded, so, thanks!
