Remembering Lily by Gmariam

Summary: A lonely figure walks down the street, long auburn hair trailing behind her in the blustery wind. She pulls a red wool coat snug around her, gloved hands tucked into pockets as she wanders the sidewalk, glancing up at the shop fronts. She is young, but her face is lined with sadness, as if searching for something she has lost. Her green eyes long for answers.
Across the way a young man stops and stares at the woman in the red coat, hardly daring to believe it might be her. And yet as she turns and walks back up the street, he knows it is, and his heart stops beating for a moment. He blinks, just to see if she will disappear from his life once more, like she did over a year ago.
She doesn't.

Miss Weasley’s wand was found at the scene, clearly indicating that it had been used to perform three Killing Curses on her cousin, cousin-in-law, and their three-year-old child, Ophélie. Auror Scorpius Malfoy has confirmed that an investigation is underway, although neither Auror Potter nor the rest of the Weasley-Potter family is available for comment.

Awesome story you have going!! One thing - in Snape's opening speech, he says to everyone that the Dark Lord is in charge. He wouldn't have said that. It says in the seventh book that Voldemort kept it a "secret" that he was in charge, rather than proclaiming himself Minister of Magic, so that he could blame Harry for Dumbledore's death, and cause fear and suspicion rather than outright opposition. Just a little error ;), but I thought you might want to know. Update soon I'm really enjoying this tale!!
