Severus Snape and the Morning Routine by Loz

Rated: 1st-2nd Years •
Summary: Everyone does something when they start the day. So what does Snape do? The first appearance of Severus Snape's "Fuzzy Bat Slippers" occurs in this story - so if you've heard about them, blame me. Originally posted in the "Snape's PoV" thread on Mugglenet's Official forums - CoSForums.

Ha, I love the paisley green boxer shorts. The wizard is STYLIN'! :D

And I love the black fuzzy bat slippers, too.

Cute, and funny. Thanks!

I come to this tanka poem via the "Top Ten" search. I was looking for the top ten shortest stories, as I'm obsessed with short forms. This is wonderful. You did a great job capturing the feeling of hopelessness. The entire poem is lovely and descriptive. My two favorite lines are lines three and four. And the last line sums it all up beautifully. Thank you for posting this.

Wonderful. I feel like there should be a song written with these as lyrics!

Author's Response: Well I'm crap at music composing but if you can find a musician or even a mildy talented three-year-old, I'm game...But all jokes aside, thank you for the sweet review.
